Yes — all of our services are completely confidential and delivered by trained, non‑judgemental volunteers. Anything you choose to share with us is treated with respect and kept private, ensuring you feel safe, supported and listened to at all times.

If you can't find what you're looking for please email us to see how we can help! we often help with one off jobs where possible or we will refer you to another company who can help.
How long will it take until I receive support?
When you receive support can vary depending on the service and the availability of our volunteers. We do our very best to help as many people as possible, keeping waiting times as short as we can.
What training do your volunteers have?
All of our volunteers hold an up‑to‑date DBS check and take part in regular training to stay current with welfare, data protection and safeguarding best practice.
