BECOME A PARTNER

We're proud be in and part of a community

Why Partner with Evergreen?

At the Evergreen Care Trust, we’re proud to work alongside a wonderful network of local businesses and community groups who help us raise awareness and champion healthy ageing. These partnerships allow us to offer unique services — for example, our collaboration with Second Helpings enables us to deliver weekly hot meals straight to people’s homes. We’re also grateful to the businesses who host events in our name and support us in continuing our vital work across the community.

How you can partner with evergreen

There are so many meaningful ways your business or community group can partner with Evergreen. Whether you’re looking to support older people directly or champion healthy ageing across our area, we can work together in a way that suits your team. Opportunities include:

  • Hosting fundraising events to help sustain our services

  • Partnering with us on specific projects or service delivery, such as meal provision or wellbeing initiatives

  • Offering corporate volunteering days, giving staff the chance to make a hands‑on difference

  • Encouraging students to gain work experience with us, supporting the next generation of carers and community workers

  • Hosting events, talks or awareness sessions to help spread the word about our mission

  • Providing in‑kind support, such as venues, printing, catering or professional expertise

  • Sponsoring programmes or community activities, helping us reach more older residents

However you choose to partner with us, your support helps strengthen our community and ensures older people across Stamford, Bourne and the Deepings receive the care, connection and dignity they deserve.

next steps in becoming
a pARTNER

If you’re interested in partnering with Evergreen, we’d love to explore how we can work together to support older people across Stamford, Bourne and the Deepings. Getting started is simple:

1. Reach out to our team

Contact our Partnerships & Community Engagement team at reception@evergreencare.org.uk or give us a call. We’ll arrange a friendly chat to learn more about your organisation, your goals and the type of involvement you’re looking for.

2. Explore partnership opportunities

We’ll talk you through the different ways you can get involved — from hosting fundraisers and offering corporate volunteering days to supporting specific services, sponsoring projects or providing in‑kind help such as venues, printing or expertise.

3. Agree a partnership plan

Together, we’ll create a simple plan outlining how we’ll work together, what support you’d like to offer, and how Evergreen can help you make the most of your involvement.
