BECOME A FRIEND
Join our family and make a difference
what is a friend of evergreen?
At the Evergreen Care Trust, we’re incredibly fortunate to be supported by Friends from across the community who choose to give regularly and champion our work. Friends make monthly or annual donations that directly strengthen our services and help us continue our mission to support older and vulnerable adults. Whether someone gives a little or a lot, every contribution makes a meaningful difference — and we are deeply grateful.
In return, we keep our Friends connected with the heart of Evergreen, sharing updates, stories and opportunities to get involved. When you become a Friend, you will receive:
-
A welcome pack
-
Quarterly newsletters from the charity
-
Exclusive invites to charity events
-
An Evergreen Pin and car badge
-
Leaflets and fundraising advice
-
A letter of thanks from our founder

What a donation can do
Even the smallest monthly gift can make a meaningful difference to the older people we support. A donation of £3 a month helps us deliver essential food parcels and home‑cooked meals to those who may otherwise go without. £10 a month supports our befriending service, helping us match isolated older residents with a friendly face who brings companionship, conversation and connection. And for those able to give £100 a month, your generosity helps cover vital staff costs, ensuring our Home Support team, befrienders and community workers can continue providing safe, reliable and compassionate care. Every contribution — big or small — strengthens Evergreen’s ability to be there for those who need us most.

How to become a friend
To become a Friend of Evergreen, simply email our reception team at reception@evergreencare.org.uk.
Once you get in touch, we’ll send you a short set of forms to complete. As soon as these are returned, you’ll officially become a Friend of Evergreen.
You’re always welcome to pop into our office to collect leaflets, badges, pins or car stickers, and you’ll be added to our email list so you can receive regular updates on how your support is making a real difference in the lives of older people in our community.
