Why Volunteer with Evergreen?
Introducing FAB Fitness: Flexibility • Aerobics • Balance
Evergreen Care Trust is excited to launch FAB Fitness this October. A brand‑new community exercise group designed to support healthy ageing, boost confidence and bring people together. Thanks to the generous support of Stamford Town Council, this weekly class offers a welcoming space for adults aged 55+ to move more, feel stronger and enjoy time with others.
FAB Fitness is led by a trained Evergreen instructor and combines gentle movement with social connection — helping older adults stay active in a way that feels safe, enjoyable and achievable.

At The Evergreen Care Trust we rely on a team of dedicated volunteers who help deliver services across the local community so that older members of our community are supported and cared for. Not only is volunteering a great way to help others, it's also a way of meeting new people, developing new skills and being a part of a warm and supportive community. Whether you can give a little time or a lot, we'd love to hear from you!
