Evergreen Care Trust is delighted to announce that an incredible £3,993 was raised through this year's Alltech Charity Golf Day, helping us continue our work supporting older people across Stamford and the surrounding area.

The event brought together golfers, supporters and local businesses for a fantastic day of friendly competition on the course, followed by an afternoon of burgers, drinks and celebrations at Alltech's Stamford headquarters. The day concluded with the results of an online charity auction featuring an impressive range of generously donated prizes.

Auction highlights included a TaylorMade SiM 2 Titanium Fairway Wood, a Pearse Lyons drinks bundle, a luxury bed and breakfast stay at Rowan House, interior design consultations from Hunters Interiors, Burghley House experiences, golf at Toft Golf Club, an exclusive tour of Alltech's art collection with a spirits tasting experience, a bespoke art commission by Imogen Joyce Designs, a private sauna experience, tickets to Rutland Flower Show, a £1,000 Stamford Mercury advertising package, a BMW weekend loan from Sycamore BMW Peterborough, vouchers from Seasalt and The White Company, a private Pilates class, and many more fantastic prizes.

Every prize was kindly donated by local businesses, organisations and supporters who share our commitment to strengthening the community:

The funds raised will directly support Evergreen's work tackling loneliness, improving wellbeing and helping older people remain active, independent and connected. From social groups and wellbeing activities to transport, fitness sessions and community events, the money raised will make a meaningful difference to the lives of local older residents.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Alltech for organising and hosting such a successful event, to everyone who took part in the golf day, and to all the generous businesses and individuals who donated prizes for the auction.
