WHAT IS THE KEY SAFE AND PERSONAL ALARM?
At the Evergreen Care Trust, we partner with Careline365 to offer our older members access to personal alarms and key safes, helping them feel safer and more confident at home.
With a personal alarm, you can call for help at the press of a button. If you need assistance, the Careline team will contact your nominated emergency contact and, if necessary, the emergency services. If you’re unable to answer their call, Careline will pass details of your key‑safe code to allow the emergency services to gain access to your home.
This simple system offers peace of mind for you and reassurance for your loved ones.
At The Evergreen Care Trust we rely on a team of dedicated volunteers who help deliver services across the local community so that older members of our community are supported and cared for.
