A Recruitment Admin Support Volunteer helps Evergreen attract and recruit new volunteers by advertising roles online, managing applications, and promoting opportunities within the local community. This flexible office-based role includes supporting volunteer administration, helping distribute posters and leaflets, and ensuring vacancies reach as many people as possible. Working alongside a friendly and supportive team, the role is ideal for someone organised, computer literate, and passionate about supporting older people and the local community.
role responsibilities
As a Recruitment Admin Support Volunteer, you will help promote Evergreen’s volunteer opportunities by posting vacancies on job boards, websites, and community platforms. You will assist with the initial screening of applications, support general volunteer administration, and help circulate vacancies, posters, and newsletters throughout the local community. The role also involves working closely with the Volunteer Services Manager, staff, and volunteers while representing Evergreen in a professional, friendly, and supportive manner.
hours & training
This is a flexible volunteer role based at Evergreen’s office in Stamford, with hours agreed to suit both the volunteer and the organisation’s needs. Full support and training will be provided, including Evergreen Induction Training, online safeguarding training, and ongoing guidance from the Volunteer Services Manager. Volunteers may also be invited to attend additional relevant training opportunities throughout their time with Evergreen.
