Why join us?
We are successfully growing which requires new dedicated staff to join our team and help us provide the very best service to the elderly and vulnerable in our community. If you feel you have the skills, experience and values that it takes to become a valued member of staff, please contact us today.
The Care Supervisor role is vital in providing support, training, and mentoring for our frontline care staff who seek to deliver the highest standards of care and excellence within their working relationships with allocated members.
It is important that Supervisors work to ensure that new and existing staff are fully supported, encouraged to be the best they can be, and held to account for their care practice and delivery. The organisational values need to be understood, embedded and evidenced in all working and care relationships.
Other requirements will be to: demonstrate organisational values, professional and leadership qualities within the evergreen office with fellow colleagues, partner organisations both statutory and third sector, Evergreen members and their families as well as the general public.
