Stress is such a serious health problem that many people face. Today is a day dedicated to those who suffer from stress, discover information and look at ways to help reduce stress in our lives.


Today try and keep away from negative vibes and do things that you love — go for a walk, get a massage, take a long and hot bath, and hang out with friends.

  1. Write three things your thankful for - this allows you to feel more positive

  2. Be more active - burn off all that negative energy or help lessen your stress levels

  3. Talk to your friends or family - especially when your struggling its good to talk things out
