Loneliness Awareness Week - 14 - 18 June

We all feel lonely at times – it’s a natural human emotion and what with a year of Covid which has had a large impact on our lifestyles. We need social contact more than ever now.

We need to make this year we combat loneliness, with these helpful tips:

  • Keep in touch with those around you even if its a text or a call

  • Join a Group that you have a shared interest in

  • Get in touch with organisations which can offer support

  • Help out through volunteering is a great way to meet new people and connect.
