South West Care Network

Over the years, Evergreen has established good working relationships with a number of partners and, together, we recognise the benefits of joined up thinking and effort in supporting and caring for mutual clients.  In response to this growing connection the South West Care Network concept was birthed in January 2011 because we all agreed that this was the time to stand united ... and to make good things happen!

The purpose of the South West Care Network is to encourage, to improve communication channels and to better understand each other’s roles and contribution to the care and support of adults experiencing periods of vulnerability in their lives. The intent is to keep the network informal, welcoming and fruitful.

This network meets monthly at Christ Church, Green Lane, Stamford PE9 1HE on the first Tuesday of each month from 12.00-2.00pm.  Everyone is welcome and invited to bring a small contribution to a ‘bring and share’ lunch.
