Evergreen Care Trust Partnership

Partnership

Evergreen governance is mindful of the value of interagency efforts to work together, share experience, resources, volunteers and finances in order to establish and strengthen the care network that exists within our communities.

Evergreen is committed to working closely with such groups, in the knowledge that there is strength in uniting efforts, providing mutual support and better achieving our shared objectives.   We are all better equipped when we acknowledge each other’s roles and contributions and determine to work together to make a very real difference.

There is enormous opportunity for communities to pull together alongside statutory, commercial and third sector agencies.  The value of churches, community groups, colleges, schools and businesses contributing, in whatever ways they can, all helps to raise awareness and strengthen a supportive and caring culture.

South West Care Network

Over the years, Evergreen has established good working relationships with a number of partners and, together, we recognise the benefits of joined up thinking and effort in supporting and caring for mutual clients.  In response to this growing connection the South West Care Network concept was birthed in January 2011 because we all agreed that this was the time to stand united ... and to make good things happen!

The purpose of the South West Care Network is to encourage, to improve communication channels and to better understand each other’s roles and contribution to the care and support of adults experiencing periods of vulnerability in their lives. The intent is to keep the network informal, welcoming and fruitful.

This network meets monthly at Christ Church, Green Lane, Stamford PE9 1HE on the first Tuesday of each month from 12.00-2.00pm.  Everyone is welcome and invited to bring a small contribution to a ‘bring and share’ lunch.
