Home Support Workers

There are opportunities in both Stamford and Bourne for those wishing to become Home Support Workers providing support in peoples' homes.  The domestic, laundry and shopping service operates Monday to Friday and Well-Being visits seven days a week.

This is a paid for position. Minimum commitment of 3 working days per week (18 hours) and includes a commitment to work at least one weekend in four (Well-Being visits only). Uniform provided. Mandatory Induction and ongoing training provided.

Care Service Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic leader who is passionate about good care provision, enjoys working in a supervisory team, leading by example and service and who takes pride in their work.
 Our Evergreen Carer Services include Home Support, the Wellbeing Warden Service and will also include Florence Care, our personal care service.

Part-Time Customer Service Administrator (Job share) 

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person who is passionate about good customer service, and takes pride in their work, one who exudes a ‘can do’ attitude and promotes Evergreen services well. Someone willing to go the extra mile in welcoming members of the public, Evergreen personnel, service users, their families and carers, and allied professionals, either personally in Reception or by phone and email.
